Grand Opening
Sunday 9th May, 11:30

After four years and nearly 8,000 hours of volunteer effort we are celebrating by having a Grand Opening of our working watermill.

The event will take place during National Mills Weekend, May 8th & 9th. We are delighted to welcome Sir Anthony and Lady Winnington to formally declare the mill open at 11:30 on Sunday 9th May

Why not come and join in our celebration? It's free and we have plenty of parking space and a sheltered picnic area. Refreshments will be available and the mill will be turning, of course. There is no charge for admission but donations to help continue our work will be very welcome.

The mill is at the foot of the famous Shelsley Walsh Hillclimb course and is next to St Andrew's Church. There is a brown tourist sign for Shelsley Walsh Church pointing the way to the church and the mill.

How to find us

If you can't make it for our Grand Opening check out our Opening Times to see other days when the mill is open or arrange to have it opened specially for you.
